Richardson is an independent magazine from NY founded by Andrew Richardson in 1998.
The Chief Editor, Andrew, and WTAPS’ Director, Tetsu Nishiyama, have deepened their relationship while adhering to each one’s method of expression, in the cities that produce cultures and movements known as Tokyo and NY.
In commemoration of the opening of an apparel store produced by Richardson, the Tokyo flagship store Richardson Tokyo, collaboration items made with a feeling of respect towards each other’s activities have been created by the two that share a common sense.

Designs that feature each one’s identity have been dropped into this first ever collaboration lineup for WTAPS.
This can be called the world view of Richardson actualized through the filter of WTAPS, with unique details to note like the use of zippers inspired from the fetishism set forth by Richardson.

Even the woodland camo utility shirt that was modified based off of our standard item, the BUDS, has been tailored into an item with a feel it never had up until now, through the contrast of the rugged expression of woodland camo, and the use of zippers that open and close placed onto the sides.
The hooded sweatshirts and T-shirts also have a zipper that opens and closes placed offset onto the left body to adjust skin exposure.
This is a cutsew that you can also enjoy by uniquely showing your skin peeking from the deformed silhouette created by the weight of metal on the soft texture cotton terry.
